The RightCrowd eSupport Customer Portal and Right Customer File Repository are now available. Download updates, view the knowledgebase or get online assistance quickly and easily.
RightCrowd provides technical support and documentation to assist you in the use of our products and services. Technical support is provided by email and/or telephone to customers who have a current Software Maintenance Agreement with RightCrowd. Support can also be provided via Webex© or customer VPN for cases where this is deemed to be required to resolve the issue.
If you purchased SureSite from a RightCrowd Reseller then it is suggested that you report the issue or support query to them as they may be able to answer this in the first instance. They can also pass on the support issue to RightCrowd and can be involved in the resolution for future reference.
