RightCrowd Limited (ASX:RCW): RightCrowd today announced it has executed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of US-based, security and safety solutions specialists, Offsite Vision Holdings, Inc. (Offsite Vision), with the completion of this transaction having occurred today.
