About the role 

As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating, distributing and measuring content that increases engagement with our audience, and acquisition and the lifetime value of our customers. 

As a key member of the global marketing team, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Marketing, to execute your program.   

You must be a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset. You will be an expert in social media analytics, understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform, and know-how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy.

You Will 
  • Build deep knowledge of the industry, category and channel and customer to provide insights that inform the development of content marketing strategies 
  • Develop and manage a content program across the buyer lifecycle that translates to engagement and sales
  • Design, develop and implement a range of content marketing strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive deliverables
  • Measure and report on results to inform future campaigns and stakeholders
  • Conduct research plans and collate information from surveys, focus groups and interviews
  • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns with the marketing team
  • Manage Voice of the Customer program so all feedback feeds into ongoing research and analysis
  • Partner with Demand Generation and inbound SDR team to grow MQLs
  • Showcase customer success stories by recruiting customers to tell their story via case studies, videos, speaking engagements, and PR 
You Have 
  • 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Customer Marketing or a related field
  • Experience partnering with sales and customer success to communicate and deliver content and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer’s journey
  • Experience in social media management and online community building (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SproutSocial (or similar)
  • Excellence in graphic design and video production (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of B2B marketing tactics and marketing/sales funnels
  • Experience conducting customer research
  • Positive, get-it-done attitude and willingness to stretch skills to fit the business’ needs
