RightCrowd is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada.

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Delivery team, you will be working with external clients as a lead on your projects as well as internal teams to drive and manage the delivery of client solutions. You will work independently and as a part of a team throughout all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, development and implementation. Your activities will include working with clients on a number of levels and undertaking resource, task and document management activities.

You will guide, assist and mentor the Business Analysts in the Delivery team and help drive process development and the quality of relevant documentation and templates. You will work closely with Quality Assurance Engineers and Business Analysts in the group ensuring high quality outcomes and collateral including test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this position, you will need to have the ability to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the work with client project teams to support key project outcomes, derive quality requirements and ensure excellent client communication
  • Develop and document project collateral including business requirements, technical and functional specifications and test scenarios
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients liaising with other internal resources to obtain updates and input as necessary
  • Conduct internal meetings with project staff across multiple global locations to maintain and drive project momentum
  • Lead key project activities across project teams including document development, product verification against requirements, quality and assurance of requirements, testing activities and implementation of the solution

  • Qualifications relevant to this role (tertiary or equivalent)
  • Excellent organization skills, and the ability to truly think outside the box to find practical solutions
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate and share your message with a highly diverse range of people
  • The ability to perform independently and as part of a team

This role calls for a Senior Business Analyst with very high competence, a positive attitude, great attention to detail and one who is highly motivated and keen to take personal responsibility for team goals. Your skills must be augmented with genuine enthusiasm and good estimation and time management skills.


  • Business analysis: 3 years (required)
  • Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
