The RightCrowd ServiceDesk is available to download updates, view the knowledge base or gain online assistance quickly and easily.
RightCrowd provides technical support and documentation to assist in the use of our products and services. Technical support is provided by email and/or telephone to customers who have a current Software Maintenance Agreement with RightCrowd.
Support can also be provided remotely where this is deemed to be required to resolve the issue.
If your solution was purchased from a RightCrowd Partner, then please report the issue or support query directly to them as they may be able to resolve it in the first instance. They can also choose to pass on the support issue to RightCrowd who can be involved in the resolution process.
